공작새는 아름다운 깃털로 자신을 뽐냅니다. 사자는 아름다운 갈기로 백수의 왕이란 칭호를 들었습니다. 그리고 우리 인간은 머리카락으로 자신의 개성을 뽐냅니다.

자아감이 만들어 지지만, 다른 방법으로 자아를 표출할 방법이 없는 청소년 시절 우리는 머리에 정말 목숨을 걸었었습니다. 하지만, 학교에서, 집에서 우리들의 머리카락은 짧게 잘렸었습니다. 우리의 개성이 잘리는 순간이였지요.
